Crystal started out as a primary public school teacher who fell into the path of eLearning and instructional design after returning to school for her master's degree in education technology.
She has now gained 8 years of experience in a variety of different eLearning settings such as:
- Worked one-on-one with the director of the eLearning program at the University of Central Florida, one of the top accredited programs in the country.
- Designed and taught eLearning courses in both the college-level and K-12 schools.
- Worked as an instructional designer for a college-level online education group
- Taught English online to kids in China
