My Story
My name is Crystal Harper and I received my master's degree in instructional design and eLearning.
Designing instruction using digital media can be extremely difficult for instructors who have little to no experience. After becoming a teacher, I often witnessed ineffective instruction and came to realize that my true passion was in the design of the curriculum.
I created a step-by-step plan called the HARPER Method for other instructors to learn how to create effective interactive lessons that keep their learners actively engaged and mastering the learning content in the online or blended learning environment.
