eTeach Online Fulfillment Policy

This policy outlines the delivery and access details for digital products purchased from eTeach Online through Kajabi.

1. Digital Product Delivery:

Upon successful purchase, you will receive immediate access to your purchased digital products (courses, memberships, downloads) via the email address associated with your Kajabi account. Login details and access instructions will be provided in this email. If you haven't received access within 15 minutes, please contact us at [email protected].

2. Refunds:

• Courses & Digital Downloads: Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase.
• Memberships: Monthly memberships can be canceled anytime. A full refund is available within the first 7 days of the initial subscription. Annual memberships have a 14-day refund window.

3. Cancellations:

• Memberships: Cancel anytime through your Kajabi account dashboard. Access continues until the end of your current billing cycle.
• One-time Purchases (Courses, Downloads): These are not subject to cancellation but may be eligible for a refund (see above).
